"Guided Reflections on Womanhood" is an inclusive and supportive group that empowers women to pursue holistic well-being. This group offers a safe space for women to navigate challenges such as role balance struggles, stress, disconnected relationships, and feelings of isolation. Our discussions encompass various topics, including managing professional challenges, parenting, and cultivating self-love. Through guided reflections and open dialogue, we aim to foster personal growth, resilience, and community among women on their unique journeys.


HEALING GARDEN - DBT SKILLS BUILDING GROUP 

This group is for women who may have experienced trauma, abuse, or are grappling with issues such as anxiety or depression, DBT offers a structured and compassionate framework. It empowers women with essential skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. These skills not only facilitate emotional healing but also promote a sense of self-empowerment and resilience. By integrating DBT into therapeutic interventions, women can embark on a transformative path toward enhanced well-being, self-discovery, and ultimately, a brighter future
